We are Hiring a Full Time Human Resource Support Administrator
This position will provide the overall management of ShareVision and Surge Learning, assist with HR functions and Finance responsibilities.
Duties
Take the lead in the development of documents, archiving, data entry, data collections and analysis as it relates to ShareVision and Surge Learning.
Provide the necessary training and on-going support for all staff, including new hires as it relates to using ShareVision and Surge Learning.
Be NVT’s main point of contact with providers of ShareVision and Surge Learning.
Reconcile the monthly Health Benefits invoice to our payroll/HR records.
Responsible for tracking hours for part time health benefits.
Review all changes made to Employee Master Files that are documented on the “Employee Change Form”. This includes changes made to salaries and salary groupings, employee banks, benefits, insurance, banking information, address changes, contact information, and any other information related to employees.
In conjunction with the Service and Human Resource Manager, prepare and maintain staff personnel files including a separate medical information file.
Ensure that personnel files are in compliance with ministry standards.
Participate in interview process (both internal and external) as required.
Conduct reference checks as required.
Back up for issuing employee photo ID cards.
Back up for onboarding of new staff. Assist with preparation of employment letters.
Working Conditions
An office will be provided within the Administration office, but this position also offers the flexibility of working from home some days. Will be required to spend some time in the homes operated by NVT. Work hours are primarily 9-5 Monday – Friday, with occasional weeknds as required. Excellent benefit package.
